I need real help so don’t say green tea or acai berry no diet pills please. I am 5’3" and weigh a wooping 132 pounds so index to know how do I loose it?
I never get to eat at home and always on the go. I think all i need is a faster way to see results. Will the acai berry do any good for weight loss too?
