at 13 taking anything is dangerous! why do you feel you need this if you have no medical conditions? if you are healthy then stay that way and don’t use anything an adult in your life or a doctor hasn’t told you to take! it may end up doing more harm then help! i hope you make the right choice!

NO, no, no, no, no…this is too harsh of a diet for your age!! i’m 20 and had a really hard time on detox diets that are similar. detox diets are harsh and the only time you should go on one is if your about to have a drug test. Btw acai berry detox is under scrutiny from the FDA so thats another negative. I would suggest that you monitor your portions instead, most of the time weight gain is due to over eating rather than not eating the right foods.

it won’t be good for you.
if you diet at the age of 13, you wil mess up your metabolism, and therefore it’ll be harder for you to lose weight when you’re older. just continue to eat healthy and regularly, and excercise for at least a half hour a day :)

Detoxes are harsh on the body, and will be even worse on your 13 year-old self.

On top of this, you’re already getting into the habit of being lazy. Here’s a hint: if you aren’t willing to put in the effort, you don’t deserve a fit body.
