		<description>A 13 yr old needs to learn to eat right and exercise, and not use a &#34;crutch&#34; to lose weight. I don't recommend diet pills for anyone of any age, simply because when you stop taking them you'll soon be right back where you started. Diet pills don't teach you how to eat right...diet pills don't teach you how to exercise and be fit. Without those 2 things, you'll never be able to maintain a healthy weight, if you're someone prone to carrying extra pounds.</description>
