i want to lose some weight… im willin to diet and exercise but i want something that will give me an extra boost. i just saw a program on tv talkin about the acai berry and how it can help u loose weight. anyone every heard of it? thnx

So I recently was reading about the whole Acai berry craze and how it’s really supposed to help you lose weight, and how it’s a great detox thing. I was just wondering if it works for anyone else? Like what’s your experience with it?

im a 14 year old who wants to lose weight in about 2 and half to 3 months, i started dieting and excersing but i dont think that i’ll lose alot of weigt by then!!!

and is colon cleanse like a pill???
cause my parents are totally against anything that looks like a pill
if i just take acai berries
would that still help me???
