Do acai berries work to lose weight? And if so, can you buy them at the grocery store?

I have recently started taking acai berry tablets and was wondering if they have and side effects.

Hi I am looking for acai berries I am wondering where they sell them even if they are frozen. Do they have it in c-town? Thank you!
