ok im young female. and i need to lose about 10 pounds. right now i weigh about 156 pounds. im already pretty active, but i obviously need a little more. i dont want to do any diets, or the acai berry thing. i watch what i eat and will impliment portion control, but NO diets. just too hard.
ok so i was thinking about during the winter ( right now) i could work out on our Weider machine to build muscle. i would do this about 4-6 times a week. when it warms up, i was thinking jump rope. ( how effective is that?) just to trim a little off the edges.
with this, how long do you think it will take for me to lose my 10 pounds?thanks

Hi everyone out there! I’m a 14-going-on-15 year old girl, and I’m looking to lose a bit of weight. I’m 5′11" and 172lbs., making my BMI on the edge of overweight and healthy weight. I’d preferably like to get my weight down to 150lbs., a healthier weight. I’m willing to dedicate the time it takes to get healthy. What are some things I can do to work towards my goal gradually? I tryed one of those free trials for the acai berry edge. I’ve read a couple of places now that they’re going to start charging my account 80 bucks to "Complete payment" and auto charge me to send me more pills. Are all of the "free trial offers" a scam?? And if I did get scammed, how do I get it to where they stop charging my account??

I have been doing my research on the acai berry product for 3 days but there are soo many…there is acai berry edge,acai berry elite…which is the best one also it states that it will get best results if used with a colon cleanser so what to do?? But i wanted to order the acai berry edge with the ultimate flush colon cleanser.
