Someone is hacking yahoo messenger accounts and sending out Acai berry weight loss website spam. I have already lost two friends due to this.

I hear a lot of good about them but I want real honest answers. If you have tried it could you tell me your experience; like side effects and results

I started at 225 lb in May and am now at 119.. I would like to be 99 (just under the 100 mark!) and have gotten here by eating 550-700 cal per day. I am 5’4 and 20 years old. The weight loss now is very slow like 2lb per week. How do I speed it up? I spend two hours a day in the gym.
