Every body is different, But last year I was about 145 lbs, (but I’m 5′5”) and I lost 20lbs, and went down from a 6 to a 2-4. So for you, I’m guessing 10-15lbs should do. Your workout routine sounds great..and your calorie intake is great. Just stick with it and it should work

You will probably gain weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. :)

10 lbs per size. 2 sizes = 20 lbs.
