There should be instructions on the pack. If it gives you diarrhoea as some peoplw have reported the best thing is to stop taking the capsules. Diarrhoea upsets your colon’s natural balance and depletes you of valuable minerals.
It won’t really matter, detox is a myth.
The body detoxes itself very efficiently.
All we need to do is eat sensibly, exercise and get some fresh air.
I hope you bought the stuff in a store as the internet sites are suspect, people have had to cancel credit cards to stop money being debited.
Type in acai and scam.

The package should contain detailed instructions. Most acai berry detox diets require that you progressively work your way up to the full dose. Like you would take one pill the first day, two the second and on the third day you would start the full dose of 3 pills. Now this may not be correct for your individual product but this is only an example. Good luck!
