Bob G is right. But not all acai berry products are a scam. I have tried acai berry diets along with a few colleagues. We all feel great and have lost weight with no side effects. We read various articles on acai side effects before buying, like the one below.

there is NO MAGIC PILL none, nowhere.

the second two are only temporary solutions.. i know at least 5 really fat people who had lapbands and kept eating.

The side effects from Acai berries are the same side effects of blueberries. They have the same nutrition as blueberries, but they don’t have as many antioxidants as blueberries. Now, if you are referring to an acai supplement, then don’t take it! Just eat healthy and exercise. Supplements aren’t good for you. And all of those Acai pills are scams. Just like all of the rest of them. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather NOT have anal leakage due to a diet pill that I took because I was too damn lazy to get off my ass and exercise!
